New supported housing concept for a site in Wagga Wagga, NSW

In 2017 Baumgart Clark Architects was engaged by Argyle Housing, based in Bowral NSW, to provide a working concept for a large site in Wagga Wagga near the Charles Sturt University Campus. We designed a comprehensive masterplan for a broadacre housing development containing 60 independent living units (in the Common Ground model) and a Youth Foyer containing 40 bedrooms in a studio apartment arrangement, with common facilities shared between all residents. The project is currently in hiatus, and alternative sites are being explored.
