Mary MacKillop Admin Building
New facility for a regional school following a campus masterplan
$1 MILLION CONSTRUCTION COST
The Mary MacKillop journey began in 2015, when BCA was engaged to undertake a campus masterplan. From this analytical work, we determined with the College leadership that certain key buildings were to be first ‘cabs off the rank’ for the future development of the campus. The Administration Building was project number one.
This building had a dual purpose - in addition to creating new facilities for Principal and staff, and new meeting and reception areas, it was also significant in that it created a new front door for the College, reorienting previously disjointed campus landscape spaces and drawing them together into a focal entry point.
